Formerly a commercial real estate attorney turned homebuilder, Bob boasts over two decades of experience in Fairfield County. He’s driven by crafting exceptional client experiences, treating clients as true partners, helping guide major decisions, and minimizing their execution burdens.

Darren Andreoli – Principal
A third-generation builder with an MBA from NYU Stern and a fine arts background, Darren left a career in commercial real estate to pursue residential construction. He personally ensures each home reflects thoughtful design and craft.

Laura Gorman Riley – Head of Design
Hailing from a family with a legacy in luxury hotel design (her father, Peter Gorman, headed BBG), Laura also brings experience from renowned firms like Hirsch Bender. Over the past 20 years, she’s focused on residential design while raising her five children in Fairfield. She’s celebrated for helping clients shape unique, personalized spaces.

Kirsten Ceva – Controller
The inaugural team member, Kirsten transitioned from corporate New York to establish budget systems that keep clients informed without overwhelming them. Her precision and transparency help deliver a stress-free construction journey.

Izzy Quaranta – Senior Site Supervisor
Izzy previously ran his own construction firm with his brothers, completing over 200 homes. With 30+ years in the industry, he oversees projects end-to-end, ensuring efficiency and maintaining Bluewater’s high customer service standards.

Wade Alix – Project Manager
With a solid construction background—especially in upscale remodeling and interior finishes—Wade excels at collaborating with clients, architects, and designers, knowing that the details matter. His prior experience running his own business enhances his ability to bring ideas to life.

Heather Tarifi – TLC (Total Luxury Care)
Joining in 2021, Heather manages Bluewater’s proprietary project software and client service coordination. She orchestrates build schedules, selections, budget tracking, and customer requests with meticulous attention to detail.

Anthony Castaldo – Site Supervisor
Anthony brings over 35 years of construction expertise to Bluewater-Home. With an extensive background in all phases of residential and commercial building, as well as running his own remodeling business, Anthony shifted to site supervision/project management in 2004. Since then, he has successfully overseen the completion of more than 150 homes. Anthony resides in Trumbull with his wife, two sons, and their dog, Gusto.
