Bob Sprouls began his career as a commercial real estate attorney but soon realized his true passion was in building. He exchanged his suit and tie for the hands-on role of a home builder. With over two decades of experience in home construction across Fairfield County, Bob’s steadfast passion has been to craft exceptional experiences for buyers and homeowners. His approach is to treat clients as partners, earn their trust, provide strategic guidance for significant decisions, and ensure they are not burdened with the execution process.

Darren Andreoli - Principal

Darren Andreoli, a third-generation builder with an MBA from NYU Stern Business School, ventured into commercial real estate before reigniting his passion for residential construction within his community. With a background in fine arts, Darren adopts a hands-on approach to each home, ensuring every project is a testament to detailed design and masterful craftsmanship.

Laura Gorman Riley - Head of Design

A second-generation designer and daughter of the late Peter Gorman, whose firm BBG was a global leader in luxury hotels, boasts an impressive pedigree. Her experience extends beyond her work with a renowned New York firm, to include a tenure at the industry-leading design firm, Hirsch Bender. Over the last 20 years, Laura has dedicated herself to residential design while raising her five children in Fairfield. She is revered by her clients for her innate ability to assist them in crafting their own distinctive spaces.

Kirsten Ceva - Controller

Kirsten, our inaugural team member, made a significant shift from the dynamic environment of corporate America in New York City to excel in developing systems that maintain client awareness without overwhelming them with details. She meticulously manages and documents budgets with precision and accuracy. Kirsten’s transparent approach to budget management contributes to a more streamlined and stress-free construction experience.

Izzy Quaranta

We are fortunate to have Izzy as our Senior Site Supervisor. Prior to joining Bluewater Home, Izzy owned and operated his own construction business along with his two brothers, completing over 200 homes. With 30+ years of experience in the construction industry, Izzy covers many areas of development and is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, making sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Our customers find Izzy extremely personable, approachable & helpful, maintaining Bluewaters’ high level of customer service.

Wade Alix -Project Manager

Wade’s construction background lends itself perfectly to his role as Project Manager at Bluewater Home. The majority of Wade’s career has been filled with upscale remodeling and home building projects. With his extensive training and experience in interior finishes, Wade understands that the small details really matter. Having operated his own business through the years, he has developed the ability to collaborate with clients, architects, & designers turning their ideas and dreams into reality.

Heather Tarifi - T.L.C

Joining the Bluewater Team in 2021, Heather’s responsibilities include management of our proprietary project management software as well as following up with any existing customer requests. In her role, she collaborates on each build with the site supervisors to set build schedules, upload client selections, order allowance items and track client approved quotes. She is primarily responsible for collecting, managing and disseminating all the relevant information from permits, plans, specs and selections to each of the teams on each of the custom home builds. In addition, she makes sure existing incoming customer requests are handled in a professional and timely manner. Heather prides herself on her meticulous attention to detail.
